   Most laws are in favor of the employee and not the empyoler, so in your case there is a couple more things you will be able to do. The first thing I would start with is calling the department of labor, they are always the first to act and they make anyone in business nervous. They almost always get results, but if they don’t they you may need to resort to small claims court, yet another establishment that in most cases will side with the employee.I will tell you this, if you have tried for a year now and still nothing, obviously that isn’t going to work and its time to move to the next step.Feel free to contact me if there is anything I can do for you.Best wishes!
